Human centered technology has applications everywhere. We should not only consider technology alone but also the social dimension.
The area of human centered technology involves strongly a cross disciplinary research on several research areas.
Aim and scope of the workshop
We invite researchers, designers and developers from the engineering sciences, cultural, social and educational sciences, and psychology to send in abstracts. The papers should answer to at least one of the following questions:
• What is human centered technology?
• How do we get knowledge from the humans as the users of the
technology?
• What are the challenges of human centered technology from the
point of view of different disciplines?

Accepted papers will be published in the printed proceedings of the workshop, published by Tampere University of Technology, Pori Publications, ISSN 1795-2166.
The best papers will be considered to be reviewed for publication in the
Human Technology Journal (ISSN 1795-6889).
